This is the first of many. Great meals under nine bucks. Try them, I bet they aren't as good as ours. This is apple, kale and pork belly with mustard potatoes. As in, potatoes with really nice dijon on top. Yes I called them a name. Mustard potatoes has a ring. It'll catch on.
We made this delicious endeavor in Cyn's place. She was at work, which is suiting because the theme is for two, and she is also a vegetarian. Basic meal, super tasty.
