So remember those crazy mussels we cooked outside of the bay of Fundy? Before I get into the glory of Prince Edward Island, I'd like to take a second and remember the meal the following day. A little more classic, though twisted in a similar way to the sloppy joe's of yesterweek. The best part about this was cooking on stage, we did mussels with mushrooms, onions, and maple smoked bacon, on an empty grandstand outside city hall in Riverview. To complete the illusion of moules-frites, we added a side of vegetable and potato chips to round it out. Good stuff.
