Following the outrageous amounts of rice debaucle, it was suiting that the following days dinner was to be a rice fiesta. We made rice cakes, with a little turkey meat to round them out. Everything looks better when presented on hardwood. We finally finished off my father's generous donation of hot tomato sauce, and munched right next to a supermarket because it was the only picnic table we could find in that backwoods town. I don't even remember the name. Just a stop on the highway at this point. Regardless, dinner was good.
